More coronavirus deaths and cases have been recorded at Salisbury District Hospital in the past 24-hour period.
A man in his 80s and a woman in her 90s with underlying health conditions passed away after testing positive for Covid-19.
Three more people ill with coronavirus were taken to hospital in the same period.
In a statement, a spokesperson from Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust said: "Sadly, we can confirm that a further two patients who had tested positive for COVID-19 and had been cared for at Salisbury District Hospital have died. 77 patients that had tested positive for COVID-19 in total have now passed away at the hospital.
"The patients were a man in his 80s and a woman in her 90s both had underlying health conditions.
"Our thoughts and condolences are with the family and loved ones at this very difficult and distressing time.
"We currently have 57 in-patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 being cared for at the hospital."
The number of positive patients on site is higher than during the first peak of the pandemic.
Visiting at the hospital remains suspended except for limited circumstances.
