A TRACTOR and trailer was stopped by police for not displaying a numberplate.
It was stopped by officers on patrol yesterday, January 2.
A spokesman for North Dorset Police said: "This tractor and trailer was stopped on a road near to Fontwell Magna - not your everyday transport and with no registration plate they were duly advised to return back to farm and seek other transport."
