Hospital Covid update: Death toll rises as four deaths are recorded in one day
Four patients have died at Salisbury District Hospital after testing positive for coronavirus.
They were a man and a woman in their 80s, and a man and a woman in their 90s with underlying health conditions.
All of them passed away on January 8.
A spokesperson from Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust said: "Our thoughts and condolences are with the patients families and loved ones at this very difficult and distressing time.
"The total number of patients that have died at Salisbury District Hospital after receiving a COVID-19 positive test result is now 93."
