Salisbury District Hospital: No new Covid deaths in latest 24-hour period
No new coronavirus-related deaths have been reported at Salisbury District Hospital in the latest 24-hour period.
The news, confirmed by a spokesperson from Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust on Sunday morning (January 10), comes after four people died on Friday January 8 having tested positive for the virus.
The hospital's death roll since the start of the pandemic remains 93.
Medical staff continue to face intense pressure due to the high number of positive patients on site and visiting is still suspended apart from limited circumstances.
