These are the areas in Wiltshire with the highest coronavirus case rates, according to figures from Public Health England.

They are available on the interactive map on the government coronavirus dashboard which breaks down infections in England into small areas with a population of around 7,200 called Super Middle Output Areas (MSOAs).

For each MSOA, the map shows the number of cases in the past week, increases or decreases compared to the week before and the rate of cases per 100,000 people.

These are the areas with rates higher than 400 according to the latest data available (figures referring to the week ending on January 12):

  • Laverstock, Bodenham & Coombe Bissett (71 cases; +11 on previous week; rolling rate of 782.6)
  • Amesbury (91 cases; +10 on previous week; rolling rate of 736.6)
  • Larkhill, Shrewton & Bulford Camp (78 cases; +44 on previous week; rolling rate of 721.9) 
  • Warminster East (37 cases; +4 on previous week; rolling rate of 653.6) 
  • Bishopdown (40 cases; -16 on previous week; rolling rate of 598.8) 
  • Salisbury Town North & Milford (36 cases; +3 on previous week; rolling rate of 589.4) 
  • Warminster Central (36 cases; +1 on previous week; rolling rate of 580.6)
  • Great Wishford, Woodford Valley & Porton (37 cases; +7 on previous week; rolling rate of 577.9)
  • Durrington & Bulford (34 cases; +7 on previous week; rolling rate of 549.5) 
  • Stratford (32 cases; +0 on previous week; rolling rate of 545.1) 
  • Salisbury Cathedral & Harnham (24 cases; -21 on previous week; rolling rate of 481.2)
  • Tidworth & Ludgershall (90 cases; -27 on previous week; rolling rate of 497.6) 
  • Whaddon, Whiteparish & Winterslow (37 cases; -1 on previous week; rolling rate of 465.6) 
  • Devizes East (45 cases; -11 on previous week; rolling rate of 409.5)
