The impact of the third national lockdown can now be seen in the latest figures on coronavirus cases and rates for Salisbury and south Wiltshire.

The 'stay at home' rule has been bringing numbers down, particularly in areas such as Wilton and Harnham.

However, infections in Amesbury, Milford and Churchfields still remain quite high.

The figures are available on the interactive map on the government coronavirus dashboard which breaks down infections in England into small areas with a population of around 7,200 called Super Middle Output Areas (MSOAs).

For each MSOA, the map shows the number of cases in the past week, increases or decreases compared to the week before and the rate of cases per 100,000 people.

This is the latest data available which refers to the week ending on January 26.
