A FERNDOWN property that had its roof tiles damaged is believed to be the work of rogue traders.
At 9.15pm on February 22 a Turbary Road resident heard banging coming from the roof of their property.
Officers attended on an emergency response and upon arrival found that roof tiles had been damaged.
A male was seen leaving the area in a saloon vehicle believed to be a Ford Focus.
Police believe the damage has possibly been caused by rogue traders who use these kind of tactics.
According to police, they will cause some damage to a property and then return later to see if they can carry out repair work.
Police are now conducting house to house enquiries and CCTV enquiries in the area.
