Officers in Salisbury have responded to an unusual call-out earlier this week.

On Wednesday April 7, an escaped llama caused a bit of a stir in the village of Teffont.

But luckily, after a brief pursuit, the animal was safely returned to its owner by PC Mark Douglas and PCSO Smith.

It had originally been mistaken for an alpaca.
