A MAN has died on the train tracks near Skew Bridge.
Late last night, at around 11.30pm, Wiltshire Police said a man had been hit by a train.
This morning, British Transport Police confirmed its officers were called to an "area of railway near Salisbury station" at 8.53pm last night (Sunday, April 11) following reports of "a casualty on the tracks".
Paramedics also attended, and a man was pronounced dead at the scene.
This incident is not being treated as suspicious.
