Outdoor hospitality venues in Salisbury are extremely busy this lunchtime serving customers for the first time in more than four months.

As lockdown is finally eased today (April 12), residents have come out to support the city's businesses, making the most of the reopening of cafes and beer gardens.

Traders in Salisbury have commented on how good it feels to be back after a long winter and how "excited" they are to get going again.

These pictures from Old Ale House and Coffee House, which has recently revamped its outside area, show people enjoying food and drinks with friends and family.

Today she says she plans to “enjoy shopping and perhaps visit a zoo”.

Leonardo's La Piazza, Reeve the Baker and Market Inn on Market Place are all serving customers outdoors, as are the cafes on Butcher Row.
