A FORDINGBRIDGE pub has reopened today (April 14) after being closed for five-and-a-half months.
The George in Bridge Street has enhanced its outside area with a new pergola with extra seating, which is in addition to its gastro dining pods.
Caroline Roylance, who runs the pub, said: "We are excited to open because it has been so long."
But said she was a bit anxious about reopening.

Caroline says they are "taking all the available cautions" to make sure staff and customers are safe.
When customers arrive they need to sign in on the Test and Trace app or details of everyone will be taken by staff at the gate.
There will also be temperature checks and a full table service will be in operation.
"It's important people visit but we want them to feel safe and comfortable here," said Caroline.
Pre-booking is needed before visiting the pub, which can be done online.
