Daily appointments at Salisbury's large-scale vaccination site are set to double next week, as more doses of the vaccine are available.
In the past few weeks, 600 to 700 people received either their first or second dose at City Hall.
Now that supply has increased, that figure will rise to around 1,200 next week, a spokesperson for Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust confirmed.
The large-scale site on Malthouse Lane was temporarily closed for 11 days at the start of the month due to an expected vaccine shortage.
It reopened on April 12 to begin its rollout of second doses.
Since then, NHS staff and volunteers have been welcoming patients from all age groups currently eligible for the jab.
From today (April 30), people over the age of 40 are being invited to book an appointment through the national booking system.
This allows anyone currently eligible to be inoculated to book a slot at one of the vaccine sites available, including City Hall.
