A Salisbury man is standing trial for a sexual offence.
Phillip Southgate, 47, is charged with engaging in sexual activity with a woman without her consent.
Southgate has denied the offence which allegedly took place on July, 7 2018.
Today (May 4), a jury was sworn in at Salisbury Crown Court.
Southgate only spoke to confirm his name.
The trial continues.
