A BODY has been found in the search for a missing man. 

Hampshire Constabulary has confirmed that officers searching for missing person Nathan Haskell have located a man’s body this afternoon (May 19).

A statement said: "Formal identification procedures are ongoing, but Nathan’s next of kin have been made aware.

"Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal and assisted in the search for Nathan."

The 45-year-old from Bournemouth was last seen at around 2.50pm on Monday, May 17.

He left Bournemouth in a green Peugeot 206, registration number ending LHK, and police located this vehicle in the Honey Lane area of Burley in the New Forest.
