WILTSHIRE Air Ambulance had to land off Downton Road in Salisbury yesterday (June 8).
Journal reader Linda Blake sent in these pictures of the Ambulance on Viking Way after an incident on Tuesday afternoon.
South Western Ambulance Service was contacted for comment, but said it could not provide statements about air ambulance sightings.
"This is because air ambulances are routinely involved in our response to emergencies, and we deal with in excess of 2,650 incidents a day across the South West," a spokesperson said.
Wiltshire Police was also contacted for comment but officers were not involved in this incident.
