The BIG screen returns to The Guild in Wilton with a special one-off outdoor event screening.

The films will be screening on Wednesday, June 30.

'Excitement' over event

Fiona Spear, senior marketing manager at The Guild said: “After such a long time, we are all excited to be putting on an event for the first time in over year.

"We can’t wait to open up part of The Guild that we haven’t used for an event before, it’s outdoor, so really safe, and has a stunning backdrop of the River Wylye and the historic courtyard buildings, we hope it will be a special time for everyone.”

Food and refreshments

Wood-fired pizzas by Slinky Fox will be available and cinema-goers can bring their own drinks, picnic blankets and seating.

Films at Somerley Estate

Film lovers can also enjoy some cinema magic in the grounds of Somerley Estate near Ringwood.

Summer Screens is bringing an open air cinema to Somerley Estate with screenings next month.

In the Heights is the new adaptation of the Broadway musical.

Summer Screens founder Philip Cottle said: “Our team is so excited to be able to bring this brilliant film to Summer Screens.

“This is the first time a major new release will be shown outdoors, and Summer Screens is thrilled to be the ones doing it.”

“Our audiences have been crying out for something new and this uplifting musical treat is exactly what everyone needs. The summer will literally be bursting from the screen,” added Philip.

How much

Tickets are £10.50 for children, £15 for adults and £45.00 for a family of four. There are no additional booking fees or charges.
