CONCERNS have been raised about “inappropriate comments” being made and antisocial behaviour at Roundhill in Fordingbridge.

Hampshire County Councillor Edward Heron, during a meeting of Fordingbridge Town Council on June 9, said there had been complaints of antisocial behaviour at Roundhill and in particular “inappropriate comments at ladies”.

PCSO Stephen May urged people to ensure incidents were reported to police via 101 or online.

“We need to receive those reports,” he added.

He told the meeting it is an area officers were focusing on as well as the Recreation Ground.

Meet the police event in Ringwood

Officers from the neighbourhood policing team in Ringwood will be on hand to address concerns from residents and discuss crime prevention advice.

A surgery is being held outside the Gateway offices tomorrow (Friday) between 6pm and 7pm.
A spokesperson for the policing team said: “We will be able to address any concerns you may have around catalytic converter & tool thefts in the local area, discuss important crime prevention advice, or just for you to have a friendly chat with your local neighbourhood team.

“We hope to see lots of you there and look forward to meeting as many of you as possible.”
