A FORDINGBRIDGE man has been fined and received points on his driving licence after being caught speeding on the M3.
Scott Weldon, of Stuckton Road, Fordingbridge was found exceeding the 70mph motorway limit on December 4, 2020 on the M3 near Junction 7 at Basingstoke in a Ford Transit.
He previously admitted the offence and was sentenced by Aldershot Magistrates' Court on June 22.
The 22-year-old was fined £66 and was also ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.00 and costs of £90.
His driving record was endorsed with three points.
