ALDI has welcomed back customers to its new-look Salisbury store which has been transformed as part of a £500m investment across its UK sites.

The London Road store reopened its doors today (Thursday July 15) at 8am after closing for the refurbishment on July 9.

Salisbury Journal:

The Project Fresh renovations have been ongoing since 2018.

The supermarket says the new-look store offers increased space and that the format has been created to "make shopping easier for Salisbury customers".

There is clearer signs as well as a new and improved Food to Go section.

Fresh bread and cakes have been moved to the last aisle, which the supermarket says will stop them getting squashed under customers’ shopping.

The store also offers new, easy to browse freezers.
