CASES heard by Salisbury and Swindon Magistrates' courts:

ALAN RICHARD BERNARD, aged 48, of North Street, Wilton, pleaded guilty to using abusive, insulting or threatening behaviour towards another with intent to make the victim believe that violence would be used against them. The incident took place in Wilton on January 29. Bernard admitted breaching a 12-month conditional discharge order that was imposed on December 4 last year. He was ordered to abstain from consuming alcohol for 120 days, he was put under electric monitoring for 12 months, and he must attend activities and appointments as instructed by an officer. Regarding monetary action, Bernard was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and costs of £80.

MOMODOU JALLOW, aged 34, of Nursery Road, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to driving without due care attention along St John Street, Salisbury, on December 11 last year. Jallow was fined £246 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £110. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

SAMUEL MARKEN TOBIE, aged 40, of Abbey Lane, Amesbury, pleaded guilty to driving without the appropriate policy of insurance. The offence was recorded on October 31, 2019, when Tobie was driving a BMW along High Street in Amesbury. He was fined £600 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £110. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

PAUL DAUBARIS, aged 34, of New Ward Road, Bulford Barracks, near Salisbury, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Astra exceeding 70mph in Kent on April 25 last year. The speed recorded was 115mph. Daubaris was fined £369 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £36 and costs of £90. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

LEE ALEXANDER COOMBES, aged 30, of Queensberry Road, Amesbury, pleaded guilty to a string of driving offences. On September 25 last year he was caught driving a Volkswagen Polo along Antrobus Road, Amesbury, with delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol - the main psychoactive ingredient of cannabis - in his blood. He was also driving without the appropriate licence or insurance. Coombes was fined a total of £1,000 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £100 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
