A MAN who was caught travelling 21 miles over the speed limit near Ringwood has been fined.
Douglas Stirling-Kibble, of Golf Links Road, Ferndown, was sentenced by Aldershot Magistrates' Court on September 9 for exceeding 70mph on a dual carriageway.
Court documents state that on November 5, 2020 at Ringwood the 38-year-old drove a BMW motor vehicle on a dual carriageway, the A31 Picket Post, at a speed of 91mph - exceeding the 70mph limit.
He was fined £293 and also ordered to pay costs of £90 and a victim surcharge of £34.
In addition to this his driving record was endorsed with four points.
