FIREFIGHTERS dealt with a fire involving a large haystack and manure heap near the A338 near Fordingbridge.
The incident was attended by fire crews from Fordingbridge and Ringwood on Tuesday (September 21) afternoon at 3.40pm.
A spokesperson for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Rescue Service said: "Crews from Fordingbridge and Ringwood were called yesterday (September 21) at 3.40pm to a large haystack and manure heap on fire just 200 yards away from the A338.
"Crews used two main jets and drag forks to stop the fire from spreading.
"Firefighters return to their stations after the stop message at 5.04pm."
