These 11 businesses in Salisbury received ‘improvement necessary’ hygiene ratings in their last inspection.
The food hygiene rating scheme gives clear information about businesses’ hygiene standards at the time of inspection and covers the handling of food, how it is stored, how food is prepared, the cleanliness of facilities, and how food safety is managed.
Below are eleven establishments in Salisbury which were given ratings of two in their latest food inspection by the Food Standards Agency, which means improvements are necessary.
The worst hygiene rating you can get is zero, ‘urgent improvement required’, and the best is five, ‘Hygiene standards are very good’.
