CASES heard by Salisbury and Swindon Magistrates' courts:

RHYS DENMAN, of no fixed abode in Chippenham, pleaded guilty to entering Hayballs Cycle Sport in Salisbury as a trespasser on June 21 last year, where he stole two motorised scooters to the value of £598. Denman was ordered to pay compensation of £140.

KAMIL KRZYSZTOF GAJOWIAK, aged 31, of St Denys Road, Southampton, indicated a plea of guilty to possessing a quantity of amphetamine, while in Salisbury, on July 2 last year. He was fined £200 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85.

LOUISE JEAN GREEN, aged 36, of Fairfield Road, Salisbury, indicated a plea of guilty to possessing diamorphine and cannabis on April 12. She pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive behaviour on the same day. Green was fined £200 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £50.

LUKE ALEXANDER COXALL, aged 27, of Drum Lane, Sturminster Newton, was found guilty of using a vehicle in Christchurch on October 2, 2019, despite a Statutory Off-Road Notification (SORN) declaration. Coxall was fined £600 and was ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £470 and costs of £250. 

BOGDAN CONSTANTIN AXINTE, aged 25, of George Street, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to driving an Audi A3 along Bourne Avenue without the appropriate licence or policy of insurance on August 30 last year. He was fined £346 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £110. His driving record was endorsed with six points.
