A YELLOW weather warning has been issued for Salisbury tomorrow, October 20, with a thunderstorm predicted to hit the city in the morning.
According to the Met Office, Salisbury residents could experience a thunder shower at 9am, followed by thunder from 10am.
With light showers during the day, the weather service then predicts more thunder in the city from 9pm.
Despite this, the 'Thunderstorm' yellow warning is in place from 4am until midday.
The Met Office says: "A brief period of heavy rain, thunderstorms and very gusty winds may cause some disruption on Wednesday morning."
The impact of thunderstorms can include flooding, travel delays, power cuts and tree damage.
The warning is in place across a large patch of the UK, areas including Cardiff, Bath, Plymouth, Birmingham and Peterborough.
