CLUCK Norris the cockerel is searching for a new forever home.

He has been at RSPCA Ashley Heath Animal Centre for six months and has been finding it rather lonely.

The team at the animal centre are looking to rehome him to an existing flock of similar sized ladies where he will be able to roam and forage and scratch about.

The centre said: "Cluck Norris has been with us for six months now, he is a typical cockerel who does crow and become territorial, however given plenty of space he is happy to do his own thing.

"He is currently living on his own and would love to be able to have some female company so we are looking to rehome him to an existing flock of similar sized ladies where he will be able to roam, forage and scratch about."

He will need a chicken coop and a large enclosed area that is approximately 12ft by 6ft or larger.

Cockerels Hank, Wyatt and Arlo, pictured above, are also looking for new homes.
