THE main entrance of Salisbury District Hospital will be closed for most of tomorrow (Saturday October 23) due to essential work.
It will be closed to staff, patients and visitors from 8am until 4.30pm for "heath and safety reasons" as there will be a crane lift at the entrance.
The hospital can be accessed via the Nunton and Sarum entrances.
A post on the hospital's Facebook page said: "Due to essential work, a crane lift will be taking place over the Main Entrance of the hospital tomorrow, Saturday, 23rd October, and due to health & safety reasons the Main Entrance will be closed to staff, patients and visitors from 8am - 4:30pm.
"Alternative access will be via the Nunton and Sarum entrances."
