A man who repeatedly dropped dog poo outside a neighbour's home has been fined.

Phillip Cresswell, 50, admitted harassing his victim between March 2 and April 7 this year.

The charges state that on ‘several dates he purposely dropped dog faeces’ outside the woman’s home.

Appearing before Oxford Magistrates’ Court earlier this month, Cresswell, of High Street, Chalgrove, pleaded guilty to harassment.

He was fined £400 and must pay £375 in compensation, costs and surcharge. A restraining order bans him from contacting his victim for two years.
