FORTY four vehicles were clocked exceeding a 30mph limit on a Ringwood road.
An officer from Ringwood Neighbourhood Policing Team and the Poulner SpeedWatch team did a patrol on Southampton Road on Wednesday.
Out of 358 vehicles checked - 44 were going over 30mph.
The highest speed recorded was 42mph.
A police spokesperson on the Ringwood Cops Facebook page said: "Remember cutting a few minutes off of your journey isn't worth anybody's life should you be involved in a road accident as a result of speeding."
