The New Forest will tomorrow remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country, marking Remembrance Sunday.

Ringwood

In Ringwood tomorrow (Sunday November 14), there will be various services around the town followed by a parade which will gather in Market Place from 11.30am.

At 11.40am, the group will proceed to the War Memorial Garden for a short service followed by the formal act of remembrance at about 12 noon.

There will then be a formal wreath-laying ceremony and a procession back to Market Place.

Members of the public are welcome attend.

Fordingbridge

In Fordingbridge tomorrow, there will be an act of remembrance at the Memorial Gates (entrance to Riverside Park) at 10.10am.

There will then be a parade to St Mary’s Church for a service at 10.50am, and two minutes' silence at 11am.

There will also be a 7am dawn screening of First World War film 1917, at the Regal Cinema in Fordingbridge.

Entrance will be free, but there will be a collection for the Poppy Appeal.

Tickets on the Regal Cinema website are sold out.
