A Tidworth man has appeared in court after exceeding the 70 miles per hour speed limit on the M3.
Carl Aaron Brown, 34, of Aliwal Barracks, The Mall, was caught speeding at 103 miles per hour on the M3, between Fleet Services and Junction 4A near Fleet in Hampshire.
Court records show he was driving a BMW, and the offence took place on December 2, 2020.
He he will next appear at Aldershot Magistrates' Court on December 13, after the hearing was adjourned three times due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
