A Salisbury man has been convicted of using a fraudulent number plate.
Bobby Joe Truckle, 30, of Tollgate Road, was fined £60 for fraudulently using the registration mark WV08 DDK.
The offence took place on December 22, 2020, on Whistley Road, Potterne, near Devizes.
He was also fined for using the car, a Subaru Forester, on a road without third party insurance.
For driving without insurance, Mr Truckle was fined £120, along with a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.
His driving record was also endorsed with 8 points.
The defendant's guilty plea was taken into account when imposing the sentence.
He appeared at Salisbury Magistrates' Court on June 11.
