CASES heard by Salisbury Magistrates' Court:

PHILLIP OLIVER STEPHEN SYCAMORE, aged 30, of Wylye Road, Tidworth, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating in Larkhill on July 31. He also pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive behaviour, likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Sycamore was ordered to pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £95 and costs of £85. He was ordered to carry out 95 hours of unpaid work.

CRAIG STEEL, aged 58, of Selly Oak, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without the appropriate policy of insurance, while in Porton on May 27. He was caught driving a Ford Focus along Winterslow Road. Steel was fined £1,200 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

STEPHEN PAUL GRAY, aged 43, of Harnham Road, Harnham, pleaded guilty to intentionally causing another person harassment, alarm or distress through his behaviour in Salisbury on July 27, 2019. Gray was ordered to pay compensation of £250 and a victim surcharge of £95. He was ordered to complete mental health treatment and attend appointments and activities as instructed by an officer.

JAMIE ALEXANDER MAN-CLARKE, aged 30, of Jennings Road, Marlborough, previously of Amesbury, pleaded guilty to making an offensive call to the South Western Ambulance Service on December 6 last year. He was fined £85 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95. He must attend activities and appointments as instructed by an officer.

CAROLINE RHIANNON MCNEILL, aged 49, of High Lane, Broad Chalke, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On May 22 the defendant was driving a vehicle along the A36 in Salisbury with 106 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She refused to stop the vehicle when directed to do so by a constable. She was fined £85 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95. She has been disqualified from driving for 42 months and must attend activities and appointments as instructed by an officer.

LAURA ANNE HOLT, aged 34, of Roger Way, Old Sarum, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis, following an investigation into a driving offence, in Melksham on July 16. She was fined £120 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85. She was disqualified from driving for three years.

WILLIAM MCCLURE, aged 19, of Napier Crescent, Laverstock, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On July 31 the defendant was driving a Volkswagen Polo along South Western Road in Salisbury with 63 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He indicated a plea of guilty to possessing cocaine on the same day. He was fined £515 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £42 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

CLEVE EDWARDS, aged 59, of Castle Road, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On July 16 Edwards was driving a Ford Fiesta along Barrington Road in Salisbury with 109 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £500 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

LIAM JAMES SHONE, aged 25, of Picton Barracks in Bulford Barracks, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On July 17 Shone was driving a Ford Fiesta along London Road in Salisbury with 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £369 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £37 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.
