PART of a Salisbury main road will be closed for three weeks, starting next week.

From Monday, January 10, the A360 Devizes Road will be closed every weekday due to resurfacing.

The works and temporary closure, lasting 15 days in total, will be in place between 7am and 6pm, warns a sign on Highbury Avenue.

The road will be open as normal over the weekends, with the works due to end January 28.

Diversion routes will be in place.

The Wiltshire Council Highways department has been approached for further comment.
