A DRINK driver who was nearly triple the legal alcohol limit is due to appear in court next week.
Benjamin Stickland, aged 37, of Bulford, was arrested and charged by police on January 6, after a roadside test revealed he had 101 micrograms (UG) of alcohol in his breath.
35UG of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath is the legal limit.
It follows an incident where officers were called to Rawlinson Road in Bulford at around 12.20am.

The driver was arrested and taken to Melksham custody where two further evidential breath samples were obtained, resulting in 104UG and 102UG.
Stickland has been released on unconditional bail and will appear at Salisbury Magistrates' Court on January 21.
