FIREFIGHTERS came to the rescue of a female stuck "ankle deep" in mud.
Crews from Verwood and Ringwood were called to St Stephen's Lane in Verwood on Tuesday (January 18) at around 7.10pm.
A spokesperson for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "On arrival, firefighters found a female casualty stuck ankle deep in mud, and assisted her to the path."
Fire crews had dealt with the incident by around 7.30pm.
