CASES heard by Salisbury Magistrates' Court:

DEAN NORRIS, aged 36, of Harnham Road, Harnham, pleaded guilty to assault by beating in Salisbury on September 30, 2021. On the same day he damaged a Wiltshire Police vehicle. Norris was fined £120 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and costs of £85. He was ordered to attend activities and appointments as instructed by an officer.

ADAM MORCOM, aged 23, of Messines Road, Bulford, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On April 30, 2021, Morcom was recorded driving a BMW along Countess Road in Amesbury with 146 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was fined £369 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £37 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

JORDAN STUART THACKERAY, aged 28, of Ayrshire Close, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a BMW while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On July 21, 2021, Thackery was recorded on Ayrshire Close with 44 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £500 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 28 days.

DAISY LAURA WATKISS, aged 20, of Fairfield Road, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On October 2, 2021, Watkiss was recorded driving a Ford Fiesta along Southampton Road, Salisbury, with 49 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was fined £250 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85. She was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

NATHAN RYAN BRADLEY, aged 18, of Westwood Road, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to assaulting three people by beating on July 10, 2021. On the same day he damaged a mobile phone belonging to one of the victims, as well as a van belonging to Wiltshire Police. Bradley was ordered to pay compensation of £125, costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £95, and he must carry out 140 hours of unpaid work.

DAVID JAMES COOK, aged 39, of Spinners Way, Mere, pleaded guilty to stealing £98 worth of goods from Morrisons in Devizes on June 24, 2021. Cook was discharged conditionally for six months.

JORDAN JONES, aged 30, of Tramway, Hirwaun, pleaded guilty to damaging amenities within Our Wilton, Wilton, between February 26 and March 1, 2021. This included three radiators, an electrical socket, a kitchen tap, microwave and sofa. He was ordered to pay compensation of £1,025.

OREST IGOR ZUBALSKI, aged 48, of Forest Road, Tidworth, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On September 13, 2021, Zubalski was recorded driving a Honda Accord along Ordnance Road, Tidworth, with 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £390 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £39 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

AHMED ALNIL, aged 22, of Devizes Road, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive behaviour, likely to cause distress, alarm or harassment to another, in Salisbury on April 5, 2021. He was fined £40 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85.

PAUL DAVID WHARTON, aged 43, of Jubilee Close, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On October 18, 2021, Wharton was recorded driving a BMW in Central Car Park with 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £120 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months.
