THE window of a car was smashed earlier this week, following "an altercation" between a driver and a skateboarder.
At around 5.30pm on Monday, January 17, a man in his 70s was driving a silver Volkswagen Passat along Lower Road, Quidhampton, near to the junction with Hampton Court.
He attempted to pass a man who was on a skateboard, travelling along the road in the direction of Wilton.
Police say "an altercation" took place between the pair, which resulted in the driver’s offside window being smashed by an object being thrown at it.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: "It is believed there were cars being driven behind the Volkswagen Passat at the time so it is likely there are witnesses to the incident.
"If you can help, or if you have any relevant dashcam footage, please call 101 and quote crime reference number 54220005830."
