SALISBURY'S Harvester will be closed for eight weeks from this weekend, for a special "much anticipated" makeover.

The Old Castle site is undergoing a major renovation to give the restaurant a new look and feel.

Closing to the public from February 6, the makeover includes all new interiors, furniture and lighting, and a renovated outdoor dining area, complete with additional seating and salad bar.

Once completed, the refurbished site is due to reopen its doors on April 7.

A spokesperson said: "We are super excited to announce that The Old Castle [Harvester] is having a much anticipated refurbishment.

"We will be closing our doors on February 6 and will be closed for a full eight weeks to allow us to bring you a fresh new look, to the Harvester you love.

"We will be reopening our doors and showing off a brand new look on Thursday, April 7. So make sure you don't miss out on being the first to see our new look."
