CURRENTLY in the midst of a huge makeover, Salisbury's Harvester has announced its reopening has been pushed back by a week.

The Old Castle site started its major renovation after closing on February 6 to give the restaurant a new look and feel.

Due to open again on April 7 however, the Harvester will now be welcoming customers back on April 14.

A spokesperson said: "We our super excited that your new look Harvester is taking shape, but unfortunately with such a big project there is always going to be delays which has meant that we have pushed back the opening by one week."

Those who had a booking within that week will be contacted by the Harvester team to rearrange.

The refurbishment includes all new interiors, furniture and lighting, and a renovated outdoor dining area, complete with additional seating and salad bar.
