The applications have been submitted to Wiltshire Council and were validated in the week ending May 2.

Salisbury

PL/2022/03156 - 69 Tollgate Road, SP1 2JP. New dwelling house

PL/2022/03141 - 2 Old Sarum Farm, Castle Road, SP1 3SD. The proposals seek to demolition an existing extension, and replace with a new 2 storey extension.

PL/2022/03064 - 67 St Marks Road, SP1 3AY. Two new windows in rear elevation.

PL/2022/02661 - Approval of Reserved Matters. Phase A2, land to the north west of Fugglestone Red and Bemerton Heath. Reserved matters application for Phase A2 of outline application relating to access, layout, scale, appearance and landscaping for the erection of 180 dwellings and associated works.

Berwick St John

PL/2022/03238 - Easton Cottage, Water Street, SP7 0HS. Proposed single storey extensions to front and rear, car port to side elevation, roof alterations and associated internal alterations.

Chilmark

PL/2022/03290 - 13 Park drive, SP3 5AW. Rear double storey extension, with internal alterations to suit new layout.

Downton

PL/2022/03337 - 1 Avon Meadow, SP5 3LA. Two storey extension to north west elevation to provide improved facilities.

Durrington

PL/2022/03253 - Ashlee, College Road, SP4 8AW. Demolition of existing rear conservatory and construction of single storey rear extension.

PL/2022/03228 - 20 Andrew Close, SP4 8EJ. Single Storey Rear Extension.

Grimstead

PL/2022/03184 - Oak House, Chapel Hill, West Grimstead, SP5 3SJ. Single storey rear extension to replace existing conservatory and conversion of garage first floor to workshop.

Laverstock and Ford

PL/2022/03329 - Works to a Listed Building. The Granary, Wolferstan Drive, Bishopdown, SP1 3XZ. Replacement windows and external doors, formation of new door opening and alterations to modern internal partitions and doors.

Netheravon

PL/2022/03225 - Vine Cottage, Salisbury Road, SP4 9RQ. Proposed single storey wrap around extension to rear and side.

Pitton and Farley

PL/2022/02780 - The Beech House, Townsend, SP5 1DH. Mounting solar panels to the roof of the house and garage.

PL/2022/02715 - Bunbury Cottage, The Green, SP5 1DZ. Erection of a summer house in a front garden.

South Newton

PL/2022/03339 - Stoford Hill Buildings, Middle Woodford, SP3 4UG. Extension of existing agricultural workshops by change of use of agricultural building to Class B2, together with associated external alterations.

West Dean

PL/2022/02170 - 20 Hillside Close, SP5 1EX. Build a combined workshop and summer house to the rear of the property.

Whiteparish

PL/2022/03213 - Little Rest, The Street, P5 2SG. Single storey extension and provision of pitched roof to existing rear extension.

Winterbourne

PL/2022/03084 - The Grange, Gaters Lane, Winterbourne Dauntsey, SP4 6ER. Demolition of the existing gazebo and its replacement with a timber framed open garden structure and associated elevated timber walkway and landscape works.

PL/2022/01844 - Scotland Lodge Farm, Winterbourne Stoke, SP3 4TF. Demolition of existing conservatory; Single storey extension and internal and external alterations to existing dwelling, including new front entrance porch, increasing the width of the east facing dormer windows and new access door to the existing stable yard; Extension of dwelling into existing attached barn.

Winterslow

PL/2022/03193 - Land at Lopcombe Corner, Stockbridge Road, Lopcombe, SP5 1BW. Proposal to erect two lean-to extensions to existing agricultural livestock buildings.

PL/2022/03143 - The Red House, Middleton, SP5 1RD. Construction of detached dwelling. Construction of detached car barn. Construction of store building (from extant permission).
