MUSIC fans are in for a treat as Salisbury Live brings two free music events to the city.

Salisbury Live in the Square is going to be filling Market Place with music on Friday (June 10).

The line-up for the event includes The Deloreons, Pronghorn and The Few plus music from young newcomers courtesy of the SHIFT project.

The arena stands will be open from midday and the live music runs from 4pm to 11pm.

Then on Saturday, Salisbury Live heads over to Alderbury for Picnic in the Park at Alderbury Recreation Ground.

Headlining the event is the Duran Duran Experience who will be joined by the Treble Makers and many other acts. Gates open at 2.30pm.

On Saturday, June 18, Salisbury Live’s BULLFEST is back from 3pm with acts including The Flotonics and Illingsworth, Rockport Blues, Eddie George and Ribble. The venue has been changed to the Wig and Quill in Salisbury. 

Also being held on June 18 is Winnifest at The Winchester Gate in Salisbury. Free entry.

Bringing the Salisbury Live events programme to a close will be the Summer Scrum Down at Salisbury Rugby Club on Saturday, June 25. Tickets are available online via skiddle.com
