Salisbury Live in the Square saw crowds fill the market square for an evening of free music.

The line-up included The Few, Pronghorn and headliners The Deloreons.

This year's event, which took place yesterday (Friday, June 10) also saw young artists from Wiltshire Creative's SHIFT project take to the stage to showcase their musical skills.

Today (Saturday, June 11), Salisbury Live heads over to Alderbury for Picnic in the Park at Alderbury Recreation Ground. The picnic in the park runs from 2pm. 

Headlining the event is the Duran Duran Experience who will be joined by the Treble Makers and many other acts. 

The event on Saturday, June 18, has been moved to The Wig & Quill, New Street, Salisbury. 

The line-up  features nine-piece soul band the Flotonics, Illingworth, playing a tribute to the Beatles set, Lucy Trigwell, Rockport Blues, Eddie George and Ribble.

Entry is free from 3pm to 10pm

Also being held that day is Winnifest at The Winchester Gate in Salisbury. Free entry.

Bringing the programme of events to a close will be the Summer Scrum Down at Salisbury Rugby Club on Saturday, June 25. Tickets: skiddle.com
