THE SUN was shining for the opening of Armed Forces Day in Salisbury Market Place today (June 26) as people arrived ready to enjoy the festivities.
With food and drink stalls, military bands and stalls, fairground rides, and face painting for children, there is something for everyone.
Armed Forces Day provides an opportunity for Salisbury residents to pay tribute to serving military personnel and veterans.
The event started at 10am and closes at 4pm.
