Wilton Carnival is back for 2022 and is all set to go ahead today.

The carnival committee is hosting the event at Castle Meadows, Wilton, and it runs from 1-10pm.

Kickstarting the family-friendly day out is the Carnival procession, which will set off from the Market Square and head down to Castle Meadows around 1pm.

Guests are invited to bring their family, set up chairs, lay down picnic mats and enjoy the live music.

There will be over 40 stalls including food and drink vans, bouncy castles, face painting, and hair braiding.

This year's Wilton Carnival Bake-Off challenge entrants to put their secret family recipes to action, with categories including showstopper, teatime favourite and junior bake.
