A MAN has come forward following an image appeal in relation to two connected reported assaults in Wimborne.
Police received a report of a confrontation outside the Co-op in Crown Mead at around 5.10pm on Monday, April 25, involving a man and a group of teenage boys and girls
One of the teenage girls was reportedly assaulted by the man during the incident.
It is also reported a witness was pushed by the same man when she challenged him inside the store.
Neither victim sustained any physical injuries.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said: "Following an image appeal, a man has now come forward and is assisting officers with the investigation.
"No arrests have been made."
