PL/2022/04796 - 5 Purvis Close, Boscombe Down, SP4 7QL. Extension and conversion of garage into gym, new front porch extension and modifying drive to create an additional car parking space.

PL/2022/00555 - Land at Dormers, Southampton Road, Petersfinger, SP5 3DB. Use of land for the stationing of 13 mobile homes to be occupied by agricultural workers together with the stationing of a portacabin to be used as a laundry.


PL/2022/04931 - 40 Short Street, SP11 9NJ. Two story side extension and single story rear extension to replace existing single story side extension.

PL/2022/04542 - 18 Pretoria Road, SP11 9PB. Remove tiled pitched roof from existing rear extension. Replace with flat roof decked with tiles and add a metal railing to create a balcony. Remove bedroom window and add French doors for access to proposed balcony.

PL/2022/04977 & PL/2022/04842 - 79 Winchester Street, SP1 1HS. Demolition of existing lean to outbuilding and erection of single storey rear ext.

PL/2022/04583 - Former Gasworks Site, Cold Harbour Lane, SP2 7PD. Temporary welfare compound; alterations and repair of existing boundary wall; and engineering, excavation and infilling works to facilitate the decontamination of the site for continued commercial use.

PL/2022/04553 - Hendy Group Store, Mitchell Road, SP2 7PY. Erection of 8 x vinyl backed signs onto fence and building to provide directional and information to customers and passing traffic.

PL/2022/04487 - 6 Endless Street, SP1 1DL. Change of use from nightclub to retail unit.


PL/2022/04810 - High Croft, Common Road, SP5 2SU. Demolition of existing 5 bed dwelling and erection of 4 bed dwelling with garage and parking.

PL/2022/04566 - Chadwell, SP5 2QW. Proposed 20m x40m manège for schooling horses within paddocks.


PL/2022/04721 - Laundry Bungalow, Wilton Estate, SP2 0BJ. Variation of condition 2 of PL/2021/08744 for alteration of roofing material.

Winterbourne Stoke

PL/2022/04655 - Stonehenge Campsite, Berwick Road, SP3 4TQ. Use of land as a caravan/campsite and associated site facilities, access roads and parking and also to include 37 no. hardstanding pitches and 10 no. glamping pitches.
