A PACKED weekend of fun is coming to Durrington this month with the return of Retro at the Rec and Sunday Funday.
The Retro at the Rec music event takes place on Saturday, August 27, from 5.30pm to 10.30pm at Durrington Rec.
Disco Dion and DJ Paul Alex take people on a magical journey through the ages with a Hawaiian beach party theme.
The fun continues with the Sunday Funday on August 28, which runs from 12pm until 4pm.
The event which raises money for local charities, groups and schools will play host to stalls, a car boot, inflatables, face painting, archery, a raffle, and of course a bar and variety of food on offer.
Disco Dion will provide the entertainment for the kids while parents can enjoy the afternoon and also raise some much-needed funds to support local people.
