A missing man from Verwood has now been found, police have confirmed this evening.
Dorset Police received a report at around 12pm today (Sunday, August 7) raising concern for 20-year-old Joe Leyland.
A statement from police said: "Officers searching for missing Verwood man Joe Leyland are pleased to confirm he has been located.
"Joe was reported missing having last been seen shortly before 12pm on Sunday 7 August 2022.
"Following searches by officers, he has now been located.
"We would like to thank everyone who shared our appeal."
