Two teenagers have been arrested after an attack on a wheelchair user and his friend in Salisbury.
Police say a vulnerable man, aged in his 30s and who uses a wheelchair, and his friend, aged in his 40s, were attacked on Crane Street in the city centre on Tuesday, July 19 at around 9.15pm.
The victim who uses a wheelchair sustained potentially life changing injuries to his leg during the assault.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: "Following our enquiries, we have now arrested two people on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
"Both local males, aged 17 and 18, have been released on conditional bail."
